BS Information Technology graduate (Major in Network Administration, GWA 1.5) and Civil Service Professional eligible.

I monitor and secure networks, administer Linux servers, and build IoT systems that connect sensors, embedded devices, telemetry, and mobile apps. I deployed and kept running a Security Onion monitoring system across CLSU's dormitory network, and led a LoRa/GPS capstone named best in the department.

Looking for an entry-level role in IT systems, network or security, or IoT and instrumentation.

  • Deployed Security Onion for live network monitoring across ~22 dorms, configuring Snort & Suricata.
  • Diagnosed a storage/partition failure and restored the monitoring server web interface in under an hour.
  • Tested Security Onion across configurations for legacy hardware compatibility.
  • Validated detection in a virtualized lab (Kali, Metasploitable, VirtualBox).

Independent Systems & IoT Developer

  • Built a facial-recognition smart door lock (Raspberry Pi, Python, OpenCV) with a Kotlin mobile app backup for a campus client.
  • Designed a campus network topology in Cisco Packet Tracer.
  • Advised an automated greenhouse thesis on sunlight-dependent panel control.

  • Led architecture and control logic combining RFID, GPS, accelerometer, and remote lock/unlock.
  • Used LoRa transceivers and a gateway to cover the full campus (approx. 3 days battery life).
  • Built the Android app (Kotlin, Room) and API that syncs live device data.
